We offer delivery to most of the country except to Northern Ireland and islands, not connected to the mainland by a physical road.
While we make every effort to ensure orders are delivered on time, we cannot guarantee availability due to the haulage company’s delivery schedules. Once the order has been placed, a member of staff will then be in contact to confirm a delivery date. Bricks can be delivered to any part of the country except Northern Ireland and all islands not connected to the mainland by roads.
Please be aware, most of the orders are sent on articulated lorries which are large trucks, if the delivery address is not easily accessible, and a rigid lorry (similar to builders merchant lorries in size) is required, we have to be notified. It may increase the waiting time.
Orders of 4 packs or less are delivered on a tail lift lorry and offloaded using a manual pump truck, kerbside delivery. Please note, to unload and move bricks around on a pump truck, a flat concrete road surface is required, these lorries can not be unloaded whilst on a slope, the pump truck cannot be used on grass, soft road surfaces and gravel roads.
Orders of 5 packs or more will usually be delivered on an articulated crane off-load vehicle unless particularly difficult to access. Please see exclusions below in “where do you deliver” section. If a smaller, rigid size lorry is required, please contact our sales team to discuss.
Delivery to Zone 3 postcodes:
Any quantity and size orders will be delivered on a tail lift lorry. If you require a crane offload vehicle, please get in touch prior to ordering, as crane offload vehicles are priced differently to these areas as well as the lead time might be longer.

The Rockwool RW Slab range is used for thermal, acoustic and fire insulation in general building applications, certified to EN 13162. The product range consists of high quality resin bonded slabs in a variety of thicknesses and densities.
Rockwool RW Slabs offers excellent thermal, acoustic & fire insulation, is water repellent, durable, cost effective, easy to handle and install.
Rockwool RW semi-rigid and rigid slabs are high quality resin bonded slabs that can be used for thermal and acoustic insulation in general building applications. The slabs are available in a wide range of thicknesses and densities to suit most requirements and are CE marked to EN 13162.
Acoustic performance
Rockwool stone wool products work in two distinct ways to reduce noise, either by impeding the transmission of sound through an element of the structure or by absorption of sound at the surface.
The structure of the fibres in Rockwool RW slabs make them ideal for use as a sound absorber, with characteristically high coefficients over a wide frequency range.
Fire resistance
All Rockwool RW slab products, either un-faced or with an aluminium foil or glass fleece on one or both surfaces, achieve an A1 classification in accordance with BS EN 13501-1 and therefore comply with the requirements of non-combustible materials/products, as defined in all UK and Ireland Building Regulations.
Handling & storage
Rockwool RW slabs are light and easy to cut to any shape with a sharp knife.
Maintenance
Once installed the Rockwool RW slabs need no maintenance.
